EXcel Realty School was created to educate people who are serious about pursuing a career in Real Estate and to provide meaningful continuing education to those who are already licensed Realtors.

Brenda Fernandes received her sales agent license in 2004. Since then she has been an active member of the RI real estate market.  Some of the highlights of her experiences include, KWAOR Technology Committee Chair and Presenter, Assistant Office Manager, KW Board of Directors, Statewide MLS Board of Directors and Broker / Owner of her own independent brokerage. BPO's, REO's and traditional sales. 

 As a Broker / Owner and School Instructor, one of the most fulfilling parts of her day is training and helping peers, prospective students and clients understand all there is to know abut Real Estate.
